It's minutes away from all the main sights: the Clérigos Church and Tower, the famous Lello bookshop, perhaps the most beautiful bookshop in the world, the Luiz I Bridge which you can stroll across to the Monastery of Serra do Pilar (both of which are Unesco World Heritage Sites along with the historic city centre), Avenida dos Aliados, with its monumental town hall, the famous Majestic Café and Santa Catarina shopping district, just to name a few and not forgetting the vibrant nightlife of the Ribeira.
