Room was comfortable, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and it was nice to have a kettle and mini fridge in the room. Large full length windows made the room bright with a nice ambience during the day and blackout curtains were useful for sleeping. There was construction nearby that created a loud banging noise that started in the morning and continued nonstop until 7:30 PM, which the hotel could not control, but it certainly had sn impact on my stay. The seal on the lower part of the shower door did not work, so after I showered, a pool of water filled the entire bathroom area, and I had to use several towels each time to mop it up so I wouldn't be standing in a puddle while using the bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beware of the self serve taxi interface near the front door! Staff directed me to use it for my early morning ride to the airport rather than Uber, and another colleague called an Uber at the same time. My taxi took longer, the cab driver told me (after the ride) that I could only pay in cash, and it was much more expensive than my colleague's Uber price. The location is away from many of the sights and there arent many restaurants nearby, but in a nice area. It's probably quiet when there's no construction happening!

The hotel claims the rooms are soundproof. They are not, I could hear everything outside, I thought a window was open. After checking all Windows were closed hence 4 stars instead of 5

There was no sightguard for the toilet, shower and bathroom area, further more the whole room had mirrors, so you could not do anything without being seen naked, showering or being on the toilet. The rooms were cold (yes, cold in summer in Porto), loud and just not suited for two people, but advertised as such.

Não há compreensão do pessoal do escritório para com os clientes. Foi pedido por diversas vezes que necessitava da fatura que paguei no 1o dia ao efetuar o check-in para apresentar na empresa e não foi possível por não quererem fazer-me chegar a fatura. Já enviei vários emails, dado que pedi que a fatura do parqueamento fosse separada e não respondem ou dão qualquer feedback. Mau demais para ser verdade.

quartos novos, alguns contra tempos

O hotel é novo, excelente, localizado a 25 min a pé do centro histórico de Porto, 10, 15 de uber fácil e barato. Recebemos up grade de quarto, o 801, mas o cheiro do banheiro estava forte, o rapaz da recepção insistiu que sairia com um spray que a camareira passaria. realmente resolveu, mas o cheiro voltou pela manhã. tendo que novamente ser passado o spray. O quarto 801 é bem grande e moderno, mas o banheiro é totalmente transparente, inclusive o vaso sanitário fica separado do quarto somente por um vidro fume , mas que é transparente. então ao usar o vaso ou o chuveiro a pessoa fica totalmente exposta e isso não achei legal. Não há neste quarto maior gavetas para guardar as roupas, somente um pequeno cabideiro. e não há nenhum gancho para pendurar toalhas, etc. então precisa de melhorias para ser cotado a 10, como, acredito, devam ser os demais quartos. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar na nossa segunda e última noite.
