The Space: The apartment has 04 double bedrooms, 02 of which are en-suite with balconies, a spacious living room with furniture designed by famous designers, a cozy reading area with a zenith light, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a small balcony with a view of the Douro River, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. For your convenience, our apartment features an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and Wi-Fi. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Guest Access: Full access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Porto, on Rua das Taipas, you will be an 8-minute walk from the Alfândega do Porto and the Historic Center of Ribeira, just 3 minutes from the Fernandina Wall. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever you need (contact us for the price). There is an extensive public transport network at your disposal. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, you will incur a charge (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses amounting to €270\. First, the apartment could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival as we found paper wrappers on the floor in the living room and one of the showers had not been thoroughly cleaned. The upstairs bathroom off of the kitchen has a very tight space for the toilet -when you sit on the commode, your knees touch the wall. There is a musty smell when you enter the apartment building, but it is not prevalent in the apartment itself as there is a dehumidifier which works well. Otherwise the space was great and in a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable. The host was easy to contact and responded to us quickly. ##### Marcia M. We loved the spacious layout with the unique modern style. The rotunda was so cool to gaze up at. The view outside onto the city of Porto and across the river into Gaia is breathtaking. It was also located conveniently near everything we wanted to see and places we wanted to eat at. Liiiving was also a great communicator and made the whole process of booking easy and organized. The main space is good with lots of room and furniture to relax. Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are not as nice as the upper floor. We had hoped to eat in at least one night but there are no pans or cooking utensils to do as such. The apartment was clean but had a slight damp smell.
