Due to another client arriving late, she could not be with us for our arrival (10pm) but was able to remotely let us in and checked all was ok before arranging to be with us at 9am. She kept in touch with us during our visit to check all was well and advise that we could have a late departure time. The apartment was on the 7th floor with brilliant views down to the Duora river and beyond. The Metro is just over the road and has a direct line to the airport. Very easy to use. There is everything you need in the apartment and a supermarket close by. Easy to walk to the river but uphill to return - so you would need to be fit. There were buses that came passed the Metro which I'm sure could be used if needed, or a taxi. Would definitely recommend this apartment and the professionalism of Liiving Porto are outstanding.
