Despite its location in the heart of the city, the apartment offers unusual peace and tranquility, in a building built in 2010 with a double bedroom and living room with sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The building has an elevator Which Provides a more comfortable access to the apartment and offers a private garage for one vehicle. This is a great flat to stay. Centrally located just steps from the Cathedral and The Bridge. Fernando is very welcoming and great communicator. Apartment is modern and well stocked with everything you might need. Nice balcony with the coffee table and great view across the river. Apartment is safe and quiet. It's bigger than appears on photos. Supermarket is just minutes away and the main street with shops and Majestic cafe is a five minutes wals. Jul 3, 2016 #### Comme de la famille Nous avons été reçu par Fernando avec une gentillesse incomparable il y avait dans son logement des fruits, oeufs, pain, croissants, vins, café, eau en bouteille, etc. en fait, tout ce que vous feriez pour recevoir des membres de votre famille. Nous louons depuis environ 20 ans et c'est la première fois que nous sommes reçu de la sorte. De plus Fernando est de bons conseils et est toujours disponible. L’appartement est impeccable de propreté, de confort et de sécurité. Il est situé à 10 minutes de marche du fameux pont St-Louis et de nombreux sites touristiques. De la terrasse de l'édifice vous avez une vue sur le Douro, et 3 ponts. À proximité vous trouverez supermarchés, pâtisseries, restaurants, centre d'achat et sur la Sta-Catarina de nombreuses boutiques ainsi que la fabuleuse gare de trains à environ 10 minutes.
