### HM – Porto Blue Pool Apartment

If you appreciate calm and quiet in the middle of the city, this is the perfect apartment for your stay in the city of Porto.  
  
Located in the central area, next to the City Hall, this apartment is part of a typical building, completely renovated in 2020\. The common areas include large green spaces, wide corridors and an outdoor swimming pool with a wooden deck and fruit trees and a garden. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and air conditioning.  
  
The studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, suspended television, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet and blanket, and bedside table.  
  
The living room has several windows facing the back of the building, a comfortable sofa, furniture and large cupboards with storage space, a dining area for two people, a kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine and air conditioning. conditioning.  
  
The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.
