The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet and blanket, air conditioning and bedside tables.

The living room has a sofa, TV, a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine and a good fridge.

All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.
Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in.

After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
