### HM – Historic Downtown Batalha Studio

Apartment with balcony located in the historic center of Porto, in the Batalha area, one of the city's cultural hotspots.  
  
The studio is located on the second floor of a completely renovated building, without an elevator. It is a large and bright space with an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom with open views of the city center. The apartment is ideal for two adults and one child.  
  
The living area has a sofa bed (ideal for a child), a TV cabinet, side tables, a wardrobe, a double bed (two adults), a dining space, a heating radiator, and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. necessary items for your stay in Porto.  
  
The studio apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.  
  
Free Wi-Fi.  
  
The centrality of the apartment invites you to take pleasant walks. Have the perfect stay in the heart of the city and enjoy the best the city has to offer, without using transport.  
  
For your convenience, you can order your breakfast directly from our partners and enjoy an excellent start to the day at home. If you are interested, ask us for the menus! If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and bathtub for babies, babybath) you must notify us in good time, at least one day before your arrival.  
  
All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.  
  
After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:  
\- Loss of key;  
\- Key forgotten inside the apartment;  
\- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.  
  
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
