This lovely 15m² private room is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has no elevator.  
  
The room is furnished with a comfortable twin bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a support desk and free Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay.   
  
The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.  
  
Guests can access a shared living room on the ground floor and a lovely outdoor terrace - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a cup of tea.   
  
For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.  
  
Breakfast included. The continental breakfast is served in a basket and left outside your room. If you prefer, you can take the basket to the common areas and enjoy breakfast in the lounge or on the terrace.
