This stylish 120 m² two-bedroom house offers a comfortable retreat right in the heart of the city. Spread across two stories, it combines modern convenience with a welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a double sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery you need to prepare delicious dishes at home.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed, each furnished with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The property also includes 1.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property sits in the vibrant Bonfim district, where convenience and local life merge beautifully. You're well connected via nearby public transport, with multiple bus stops within a short walk, offering easy access across Porto.

Within the neighbourhood, essential services are within reach, including local grocery shops, fruit markets, and a nearby supermarket. Pharmacies and basic clinics are also close at hand for added convenience.

For a touch of culture and scenic views, the Miradouro do Monte do Tadeu and a local tourism gallery offer peaceful spots to pause and take in Porto’s charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Sto. Isidro is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest metro station, Marquês, is just a 9-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
