This homely 30m² home boasts tasteful decor and a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights.  
  
The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.  
  
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, so you can easily prepare delicious meals.  
  
The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves during their stay.
