Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. . . Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Mon mari déjà présent avant notre arrivée a Porto est allé récupérer les clefs et déposer nos affaires dans l appartement. A son arrivée l appartement avait subi des travaux et une odeur de peinture horrible y régnait. De surcroit le ménage apres le passage du peintre n avait pas été fait. Bilan : il avait dormi sur un des lits, s était lavé avec une serviette qu il avait laissé en vrac, oublié de faire le ménage. Bref mon mari a dû faire 1 heure 30 de menage avant notre arrivée ( nos enfants et moi). 8 appels infructueux et des échanges de mails tardifs. Nous avons vécu avec les ventilateurs pendant 3 jours pour essayer d évacuer l odeur dans un appartement qui ne présente qu un vasista qui donne dans la cage d escalier ( celle concernée par les travaux). And clean and pretty bright - one room is dark but that didn’t matter because it was just for sleeping. The one suggestion I would make is that there was nothing there to facilitate our stay - nothing to get started cooking ie Sal and pepper and oil, no soap to wash clothes.
