The homely living room offers a lovely sitting area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding while watching TV after exploring the city. It also includes a comfortable double-sized bed, a single couch bed for extra guests, and ample storage space to keep everything organised.

The open-plan kitchen is a welcoming hub for socialising and enjoying meals together. Fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, it invites you to prepare delicious meals quickly.

The bath has everything you need to refresh, including soft, clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

This space is designed to feel like a home away from home, providing a perfect retreat for your stay.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The apartment is in a vibrant area with great local energy. As a result, you might notice a bit of street noise, especially during busy hours.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Sé is one of Porto's most historic neighborhoods, home to the iconic Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), which offers stunning views of the city and the Douro River. The area has cobblestone streets, charming alleys, and beautiful historic buildings, perfect for exploring the city’s rich heritage.

Nearby, you’ll find attractions like Igreja de São Francisco and the lively Ribeira district. With its mix of history, culture, and scenic views, Sé is a must-visit destination for anyone in Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, São Bento, is just a 600-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
