This three-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples, friends or families looking to explore the vibrant city of Porto. It is in a great location, just a short walk from Bolhao, and has all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment comes fully furnished with an open living area and a private balcony. Feel free to enjoy the complimentary Nespresso machine at your convenience. The bedrooms come either with one double bed or two single that can be pushed or split together if so desired. Fresh linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. It's well worth taking a stroll around Santo Ildefonso to experience the tree-lined streets, churches, and cafés, thanks to its location within the very centre of Porto. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you well-fed, before you enjoy a well-earned rest in one of the many charming hotels or B&Bs. It's not just tourists who love Santo Ildefonso; residents love it too for its proximity to the city centre. Faria Guimarães metro station is just 3-mins away. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
