Guest H4U Porto River View Mercadores is ideally located by the Douro River, in a traditional building carved into stone. This charming studio for up to three guests is comfortable, practical, and romantic. Just steps from the Dom Luís I Bridge, wine cellars, Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), and São Bento Station. Enjoy Douro River views from the balcony.



Guest H4U Porto River View Mercadores is a charming apartment located close to the river, with a small standing balcony directly overlooking the Douro River. The apartment features stone walls, a wooden staircase, and authentic Portuguese charm.



It is comfortable and fully equipped, including kitchen utensils, an oven, a fridge, a Nespresso machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a sitting area.



The apartment offers a Wi-Fi connection and a television that works with Wi-Fi. There is no fixed heating system; however, a portable heater can be provided for an additional daily cost. For summer comfort, the apartment is cooled by a powerful and quiet ceiling fan.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.



Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.



Pets are not allowed in the apartment.



There is no fixed heating system in the apartment; a portable heater can be provided for an additional cost.



Access, parking & check-in



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:



• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€

• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€

• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€

• After 12:00 AM: from 50€



Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.



A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 13€ per day, located approximately 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.

For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.



Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).



A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.

Great location but the mold made us sick

I wish I could post pictures. There was mold above the bed, along the sink, in the cabinets where the towels were kept, etc. We both fell sick during our trip and had to cancel some events we wanted to go to. Great location tho.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2023
