He met us at the apartment and assisted with our luggage. He was willing to answer any questions during our stay. The place itself was very clean and included all the basic kitchen amenities. It’s in a convenient location with many places to eat that were great and at a reasonable price. If someone has mobility issues, this place may be difficult as it’s on the fourth floor with steep stairs. Very friendly staff. Could leave our bags after check out. (-) Couldn't hear the construction next door, but noisy students sometimes out in the plaza at night. No lift, so must carry bags up stairs.
