Spot Apartments right across Trindade metro, so super convenient commute to /from the airport! Staff was great! Breakfast very good. Close to most of Porto’s places to see, and very close to night time bar and dining options.

What an amazing property. We arrived early morning and they stored our luggage and also allowed us to use their common facility to get organized for the day. The staff are so polite and courteous. The apartment was clean. We are 5 people, it had everything we need for our short stay.

We just left from a 2 night stay with a family of 5. Overall it was fine- nothing super great but nothing super bad either. The apartment; Clean but very basic accommodations. They left a bottle of vino verde which was nice. Some basic things were lacking. For example there were No towels or paper towels in kitchen area so I found myself using napkins I had in my bag and wiping my wet hands on my shirt. Service: Staff was extremely responsive to questions before we checked in and while there. Very friendly and helpful. Area: the apartments are on a very noisy street that we heard all night long. Upon arrival the area felt a bit run down and there was someone sleeping in a tent on the block. But we felt safe and the location was great for walking to the sights, eating, shopping- all of it. Down to the river and the Luis Bridge was about a 20 to 25 minute walk. Breakfast was very simple but good.

Spots apartment is in a good location, just across on of the main stations (Trindade). We didnt really used public transport as the property is near the tourist spots, the city is highly walkable so make sure you wear comfy shoes. The room we got was big, 2 rooms (1 double bed and 1 with single) and a double sofabed in the living room. It is clean and quiet with good supply of toilet rolls and handsoaps and bodywash and shampoo. There’s a big fridge, full kitchen with utensils if you think of cooking. Which btw there is a supermarket just 3 mins walk. We opted for an airport transfer when we arrived, you can ask for details if you need it. Uber is available in the city too. There is a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome the group.

3 air-con in the property I was informed they’re out of order when I asked, all remote control was collected by staff. Staff told me they would arrange to fix the problem but during 3 nights my staying , nothing was happened. Assignment two fans and one with very noisy and not able to move around. I requested to get a quiet one and staff said they would arrange, nothing happened. I requested late check in till 11:30am that just 30 minutes extended because I waited to collect my car rental for more than 1 hour. Staff immediately refused my request that need to check out 11am. I didn’t find staff in this property was helpful to customer. I would not believe 3 air-con in the property would be broken at the same time … perhaps just would not want me to use it. Pastry shop downstair is bright point with decent price which gave credit for my staying. Location also convenient.
