"Die Ferienwohnung ist als solche okay. Die Küche hat durch das lange nicht abgetaute und gesäuberte Tiefkühlfach des Kühlschranks einen üblen Geruch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht urlaubstauglich. Wir wurden zwar vor der Anreise aufgefordert, unsere Pässe und reiseunterlagen bereit zu halten, es war aber niemand vor Ort, wir haben gesucht und nach Anschreiben mit Ferienwohnung direkt und warten Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin, die sehr kurz angebunden war, gehabt."
