"The hotel staff's helpfulness and tolerance are excellent. For example, when I mentioned at check-in that I didn't have a hairdryer, they brought one for us that same day. Another highlight is the restaurant, located next to the grill and the sea; the food is excellent, the prices reasonable, and the setting exceptional."

"Ants everywhere in the room (in my luggage, on the bed, etc.), no cold water during my stay (only hot water), dilapidated furniture, on an unattractive street but thankfully a short walk to the main tourist street. The breakfast is typical, not bad but nothing special. I would avoid this hotel. It has the potential to be nice if the rooms would be upgraded and better-furnished. But unfortunately I found it very unpleasant and was happy I only stayed one night. "

"We stayed at sister hotel “Casa Brasileira” for 8 days during rainy season…. And loved it so much we aré already planning our next stay. We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share: -The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face. -High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm -perfect bed: soooo comfy -high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. Sip coffee on design fine china cup. Breakfast served on fun and fancy Tania Bulhoes plates. Soap tray. Water bottle next to bed. Lamp…. It's literally steps from a very calm beach too. All the staff is friendly. The only average thing was the "standard" room that faces the street and has a bit of a weird layout. Next time I'd stay in the superior rooms. "
