Wonderful and thoughtful place. The designer deserves a praise for his work of art. The staff was very sweet and well trained. The view from the bedroom is breath taking. One down side, the better beach experiences are 15 minutes away.

Great hotel but the restaurant has to improve. The staff are not trained. They are Lost. The food is subpar. Otherwise this will s a great hotel and the rooms are awesome

Quase perfeito , apenas não foi perfeito por que a piscina do meu quarto estava com a água suja e ninguém soube como resolver o problema , e recomendo não ficar no sexto andar por que o barulho da piscina que fica na cobertura da para escuta de dentro do quarto

Existe um encantamento pela estrutura do hotel, principalmente se você se hospeda no quarto de frente para o mar. No entanto, esse encantamento acaba aí pois o serviço é robotizado e sem nenhuma empatia com a necessidade do cliente. Caso o cliente deseje uma experiência única, eu não recomendo!

O quarto é impecável, a piscina privativa dá um charme e faz você se sentir na praia dentro do mar. O local apesar de ser próximo a orla e aos restaurantes, é bem tranquilo e ótimo para descansar. A piscina é aquecida então é perfeita para observar o mar a noite. Funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã maravilhoso.

O hotel é muito bom, a única observação que faço é quanto ao café da manhã, ele é simples e repetitivo, quem passa muitos dias acaba comendo sempre a mesma coisa, por se tratar de um hotel considerado de luxo, poderia ter um café da manhã melhor e mais variado. Outro ponto é quanto os travesseiros, achei um pouco alto e firme, poderiam ter outras opções para os hóspedes.

Espetacular!

Excelente! Uma proposta diferente para a região! O tratamento é diferenciado, de todos os profissionais. Em especial a Micheline, que é de uma presteza e educação superior. A vista é linda, o quarto extremamente limpo! A comida ótima! Fica em frente à praia principal, com vários restaurantes e opções de lazer.

Hospedagem cara pelo que oferece

Positivo: hotel novo, cama muito boa, atenção dos funcionários, piscininha aquecida no quarto, qualidade das toalhas e roupas de cama, decoração, café da manha. Negativo: Chuveiro muito fraco e água demorando a esquentar, falta de estacionamento, quarto pequeno, banheiro pequeno e preco alto.

Seria perfeito se…

A hospedagem é incrível, ótimo atendimento. Pontos fortes - ambiente super limpo, decoração lindíssima, café da manhã maravilhoso, com bastante diversidade e o músico tocando piano no café foi o grande ponto alto! Para uma viagem de casal, foi maravilhoso! Pontos a melhorar: o quarto com banheira é vendido como vista para praia, mas a vista é pessima, horrível de verdade. Fui alocada no segundo andar, que dava vista direta para as casas das pessoas, inclusive o terraço dos vizinhos dava 100% de visibilidade para a banheira. Confesso que isso pra mim anulou todos os pontos fortes, pedi pra trocar mas cobraram um absurdo por diária. Confesso que me senti lesada pois era claro “ vista mar” e a vista só aparece se você se pendurar na sacada. Outro lado ruim, tem um esgoto ao lado da entrada do hotel, cheiro fortíssimo! Não tem estacionamento, deixamos em frente ao hotel e levamos uma multa. Embora tenham sido dias agradáveis por outros fatores, em uma próxima viagem o hotel não será minha primeira opção. O valor da diária não vale se for no quarto com banheira.
