Apart for Thiago at the reception and Paulo from cleaning, the staff seem unhappy. My apartment had problems with the Air con (too old) I had problems with the toilet and it took a while to be solved. The rest of the staff not friendly at all.

Hotel 3 estrelas, mas o café da manhã é pessimo! Muita coisa faltando e sem reposição, 2 atendentes extremamente antipaticas, não gostavam de serem perguntadas se iriam repor e respondiam com frieza e indiferença. O lugar também não passa impressão de limpeza. Muito diferente do Laguetto que ficamos em Gramado.
