The apartment is exactly as pictured and was very clean and cute. The linens were luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. If you or someone in your group has mobility issues, the stairs going up to the unit were quite steep. We had two seniors in our group that required some help getting up and down. The location of this property is very convenient to the waterfront, and we were always able to find a close parking spot on the street nearby. The location was perfect and within walking distance to almost everything that we had planned. We took an Uber to Portland's Head Light located in Cape Elizabeth because it was too far to walk, but we explored the rest of our trip on foot. Her place had everything we needed to include unexpected snacks and lots of coffee! There is a small convenience store very close to the rental where we bought wine, champagne, creamer, eggs, bacon, etc. for easy an easy breakfast but there are plenty of food places within walking distance if you want to eat out every meal. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The outside seating area was perfect for hanging out while sipping champagne with friends. The inside stairs are a little narrow, but manageable if you go slow.
