Checking in one place , rooms in a different place and if you want to use the outside pool you have to take again your car !!!!! And rooms are just ok ….very small bathroom and very small room to sit on the toilet !!!!!! Bed are small too…..so one night if you have a long trip to do …no more than that

Agréable Hôtel, propre, personnel très sympathique. Chambres rénovées, ne pas se fier au bureau d’accueil qui lui est super vieillot. Bien situé, à 6 km du centre ville. Et sur le chemin vers Portland, environ 30 minutes.

Small issue that ended well...
We needed accessible room unfortunately it didn't get thru and the room would had been on the 3rd floor without elevator. However they took arrangement and we got relocated to a room in a nearby hotel without charge. Great service.

My husband and I stayed for a night because we came up for a comedy show. Everything in our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

It was away from traffic noise in the woodland side so nice but normally Best Western's offer a breakfast or some Beverages and continental breakfast in the early mornings and nothing not even coffee, Was a breakfast apart from the Hotel but nothing was free not a cup of coffee or tea. we travelled all the way to Florida with Best Western and they all had something to accomodate the travelers. Will not stay their again.

The room was clean although there was hair in the bathtub drain which I removed…. The staff at the reception were very nice. The people staying in the above us were very noisy during the night ( from 1:45 to 4:00 am ughhhhh) it was very annoying. If it was not for that we would of had a nice stay. When I returned the room key the next morning , there was no one at the front desk for me to complain to.

Great room
Easy check in and out. Room was easy to find and there were minimal steps to the 3rd floor as the building is on a hill. Very clean, bed comfortable, quiet location, close to freeport if you want to shop the outlets. The cafe on the property serves homemade meals that are large and delicious. There was just no downside, and we definitely will stay there again when in the area.

This property has just changed hands. The new Mgt. company seems to want to make improvements. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. My room was clean but had a disinfectant smell to it. They need to replace the heating units because it was either too hot or too cold. The shower pressure was great as was having a good sized refrigerator, microwave and Kerrig coffee maker in the room. There is a breakfast restaurant on the property. I didn’t try it but it was always busy when I drove by. All that to say I was happy with this hotel and would stay here again.

Good Recovery!
Unfortunately, we did not arrive until 2am and the office was closed. Our card was still charged for the room. We were not happy as we had to hunt down a place to stay. However, the next morning we returned to the office to ask to credit the room back to our card and the assistant manager was super helpful and made it happen. He was apologetic and even made hot chocolate for my son. Definitely call ahead if you plan to arrive after 1:30am to let them know. If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

It has been several years since we have been in Freeport overnight and stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the renovations that have been done and the BIG improvement of the property and especially the room!! All were very new looking, and clean!! The television did work, but, the Directv did not . Consequently we could not watch any television. There was no paper or pen in the room to leave housekeeping a not that there was no television reception. There was no breakfast served because it is located beside a cafe. there was a waiting line of over a dozen people waiting to get in for breakfast. 25 degrees outside so we left.

Booked two rooms, front desk moved us to adjacent owned building in order for the rooms to be next to each other. Professional staff. Thought breakfast was included, but found after arrival that breakfast was available from the restaurant nearby - a bit disappointed about that.

In the middle of the night found thousands of tiny ants all over the bathroom floor! It was disgusting! The bathroom floor had not been cleaned there were coffee stains everywhere! The sink stop would not work in the bathroom sink! The room door lock continually jammed in the open position! When checking out informed front staff who complained that they could do nothing since it was booked through Expedia. She did take $20. Off the bill but again said because it was booked through Expedia she could not do anything more! Ridiculous!!
