"Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. There was a lot of street noise with cars and motorcycles revving their engines."

"Horrible customer service and shower feels like a low pressure water hose and it’s not connected in the wall so you can’t adjust the shower head with out fear of damaging pipe in wall. "
