We have been at your hotel few times And we like it . But for the standing and price we pay the breakfeast is only one star Just coffee no option for cappuccino or expresso No ceramic cup to drink it , only plastic ustensiles that you have to throw …..ecologically not sound Terrible jam Even if you had to charge few dollars more per room it would be appreciated to serve a real breakfeast Otherwise we love our stay No fresh bakery no waffle no

First room we got noticeably smelled of cigarette smoke. Got moved to a different room right away. That room was okay but... The AC is dumb in that it turns on every couple minutes for 15-30s, so all you hear throughout the night is the AC turning on and off. Additionally, there was a weird issue with the bathtub... seems like the "liner" that got installed wasn't done right: it flexed underfoot and I'm pretty sure there was water underneath...

Had a good stay. Hotel is clean, though the building feels a bit old with the dim lighting and carpeting. The bathtub was also a bit rickety. They have a game room and lots of gear for you to rent out. The location is fairly close to restaurants and the closest busy area is around a 15-minute walk. There's also easy access to public transit.

Its location whereby many Portland landmarks are walkable (Portland Art Museum, Powells Books, etc) is awesome, but its greatest amenity is a beautiful outdoor bar and restaurant. This is our new home base for a trip to Portland in the summer.

This is a very conveniently located and thoughtfully designed hotel. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the activities and staff. I inadvertently scheduled one night instead of two. I received a call from Mary at the front desk, asking about our checkout. When I realized the mistake I was so embarrassed and anxious! Mary was so nice and said she’d give me a call right back. Within five minutes she called back. Not only was she able to keep us in the same room, she matched our price. She was so reassuring. She had checked us in the night before and despite how late it was, how many people were there, and she was the only one working, she was friendly and genuine. She really made our experience and assured that we would come back again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience great! Some fixtures in the room were needing repair. (Tub spout escutcheon had fallen off, stained carpet). But aside from those pretty easily overlooked things, the room was great and comfortable.
