"So we were warned that the elevator would only be available when an operator was available which ended up be very sketchy. Had to carry our suitcases down from 4 th floor upon leaving as no one around. The bathroom sink was dirty…. Had hair in it, so obviously not cleaned. The bed linens were nearly threadbare! Could see right through them. Only one large towel when we informed there were two of us checking in. No thermostat, so we were cold in the night with no way to fix it ……"

"About as expected but being remodeled. Loud construction noise started about 9 am. We were put in a room set up for wheelchair though we hadn’t requested that and don’t need it. The shower drain had some sharp tile edges around it. We avoided stepping on them so as not to cut our feet. The price was better than hotels closer to Xenia and Dayton."
