"At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful "

"Let me start with the constructive criticism with the goal of helping ... It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. The oatmeal needs to be cooked better also. And the coffee wasn't hot on a regular basis. Otherwise, I would rate the hotel very highly and would say I thoroughly enjoyed everything else about it - the cleanliness, the pool, the offering for late night snacks (microwave quick meals, ice cream, etc), the staff were very friendly (which means alot to me), the bathroom was spacious and just what I look for in a hotel bathroom, the beds were excellent and comfortable, the AC worked great, and finally, the TV size and offerings were great! I would choose the hotel again, but again, I cannot overstate the disappointment and discomfort of not being able to take a hot shower!"

"Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question."

"Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!"
