Relaxing stay

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located desired area. 1 light away from very popular St Lucie West. Owner occupied leasing 1 bedroom for 1,200 monthly x 1 year. Utilities included will have your own refrigerator/freezer in garage. Maid service provided whole house every 2 weeks for no additional charge.
The space
Beautiful 1 bedroom and 1 bath that is private. Utilities included, toilet paper and paper towels will be included. Have 2 very friendly small dogs. (Maltese and shitzhu)

Plenty of parking in drive way.

Please respect my home as your own. Respect one another. No smoking anywhere on property. Dog and police friendly.
