Close to golf but needs update and better mattress
The dishwasher completely full of dirty dishes and trash in all the trash cans. Master bedroom bed was slanted and sunken to the right 4°(measured on iPhone) like a 500lb person slept on that side. Loose tiles hall and living room No local contact response Will stay at the Hilton next year

Great stay & amenities!
We came down to spend Thanksgiving with family and enjoyed our stay! The home was so spacious, big kitchen, lots of dishes, cooking ware, and utensils! We also loved the complimentary body wash, and adequate dishwashing and washer pods/packs for cleaning. Adequate amount of towels, and sleeping space with the additional sofa bed were also a plus! The sunroom/patio was also a great addition for afternoon chats and tea time! Cons: When we used the oven and cooked, it got really hot really fast with the high ceilings. We hated that the air couldn’t be adjusted below 70, and the fan over only the dining area wasn’t enough. Even at night, on days where the oven wasn’t used…..the home didn’t get that cool…the nights were hot as well. I recommend at least putting air on 68 or adding for coolant because it was that cool. The sofa bed mattress is literally springs with a cover on it. Terrible terrible unbearable mattress. You can literally sit on the mattress and fell the bottom frame,…very unpleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the space, patio, the pool and hot tub in community and it was VERY clean….but not having it cool, and the unbearable and uncomfortable sofa bed mattress also came with the visit.
