  • Enjoy everything this area has to offer. Gorgeous, designer furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has been remodeled and is new inside. Enjoy an open floor plan, volume ceilings, plenty of storage, covered parking and pool access. Completely furnished with every amenity including kitchen tools, linens, towels and staple items. Super clean inside, updated with marble countertops, new flooring, new bathrooms and brand new appliances. 1 Gig Wifi, smart HDTV and front load washer / dryer inside unit. Screened patio with bistro to enjoy your coffee outside with the birds in the morning. Just bring your toothbrush.

    Safe, quiet community offers a pool, shuffleboard, nature walks etc. and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. HOA has certain guidelines. Max 4 people, 2 small dogs allowed, max 2 cars.

Great location. While Hurricane Milton modified our stay dates, communication with our host was excellent during the difficult time. Great amenities, very comfortable rooms and spaces for our family members. Would highly recommend for extended stay. Morning walks were wonderful.

Very clean and well appointed

We enjoyed a week at this pleasant home over the Thanksgiving week. The property had all the amenities that you would expect and then some. The owner, Tammy, advised that she would be available if needed at any time. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home.

Renovated and perfect for our week!

This home has everything you may need for a home away from home! Decorated beautifully and updated decor. Great location with covered parking and pool access! Tammy was so helpful in making dining recommendations as well. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Great property

Tammy is a great host. Properly is very clean a well maintained and in a cute neighborhood. She even came over during hurricane Debby to bring us flashlights and made sure we were safe.

The Best Stay Ever! Second visit...This has truly been the best stay we’ve ever had! The host is the most professional, polite, and accommodating person we’ve ever worked with, she’s gone above and beyond, making every check-in and schedule change effortless.The home is modern, inviting, and spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some! The location is super convenient, close to all the stores and just a short drive to the ocean.We absolutely love it here and would stay over and over again. The condo is just as presented in the photos. Tammy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo is very conveniently located off of Little Road and Hwy 54. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with a beautiful park. I included some photos from some of my walks at the park.
