Great location. Close to the Pier, stadiums and public transportation. The decor was unique, rooms clean and very modern. I appreciated the ability to self check in and out and the smart room set up.

Check in staff excellent- very friendly. Nice room- need usb or plugs by beds though. Very Clean, comfortable. Only disappointment was the Car service offered- one valet always had excuse about not being able to drive us, so we didn’t use unfortunately. Came back to bottle of wine in room for VIP expedia reward. Would stay again. Safe area. Nice to have whole foods under the hotel.

Staff was great, the location was great! Walkable to the Space Needle and museums. The bathroom was nice and looks to be remodeled. The room itself was okay but the beds were really uncomfortable. Would stay again if they refreshed the bedding and mattresses.
