It was a very friendly and nice environment, not as luxurious as a hotel or as spacious as a full guest house, but a perfectly affordable and cozy apartment like space.

Kiskadee Korner's levels of professionalism and communication are second to none. I enjoy the quiet ambience of the hotel as well as the manner in which the staff communicate and handle all matters. Personally, I prefer to deal with matters in a digital space (limited person-to-person interaction) and Kiskadee does this flawlessly. However, I must state, with respect to person-to-person interaction, Kiskadee also handles this excellently. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The place was very safe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay and the room and property was very clean. Most of all we were wble ro walk to the Oval for cricket.

I didn't like the fact that if someone had to visit you have to put there name and id in your system that is not private i would not be staying there again but it is a nice place for single people

Nice location and very helpful, friendly staff. very attentive and responsive. The only shortcoming was that coffee/tea packets were not provided in the room, but coffee was available in the morning at the common dining area.

The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. It makes you feel you're in the right place if you want to be close to downtown, but not to close. The pool is perfect for couples or small groups of friends. Children are not allowed so you could definitely go there either to work or to rest. The staff will simply guide you through every process or need that you might have during the stay. They are in continuous contact with guests without being annoying but letting you know every detail you should know. The security is amazing, you'll feel so save and you won't see not even one guard at the property. I strongly recommend this property if you want to spend a joyful stay, being save but having a natural contact with Trinidad and ists people.

Un hôtel de petite taille, confortable, avec une piscine très propre et un joli jardin. Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses mais confortables, nous aurions apprécié un lit un peu plus grand, mais notre séjour a été très agréable.

Me costo encontrarlo pero al llegar es una joya, muy bien ubicado cerca hay restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y a 5 minu en autos de la vida nocturna. El lugar es muy cálido, secreto ideal para mi viaje en pareja

Avoid this place!
If you care about customer service at all, do not stay at this hotel! My friend & I were locked out of the compound on our way back at midnight, the call button on the gate wasn't working, and we had to use our cell phone to call their number listed on Google (if we didn't have our phones we would've been locked out the whole night). When they finally let us in and we told them about the issue, but they repeatedly told us that it was impossible, that that's never happened before, and told us we had to have been pressing the wrong button. Basically blaming us or calling us liars when clearly we pressed the right button at least 4 or 5 times. Absolutely no apologies from the woman. Finally on the morning to check out we asked if we can have an extra 30 mins or an hour and the lady at the front desk adamantly refused, said they have other guests coming at 3p. Aren't we still your guests that stayed 3 nights? Never has a hotel denied a request to stay 30-60 mins longer. Just terrible all the way around.

We would like to thank the guest for staying at Kiskadee Korner for 3 nights. We do apologise for our gate bell malfunction on their first night stay due to a power failure on the cable. Our gates are closed at 11.00 pm to ensure safety and security of all guests on the compound. During check in all guests are given two ways of contacting us after 11.00pm. The first is to press the call button on the intecom. The second, if for some reason there is no response on the intercom guest can call directly to phone numbers given on a call card (two numbers: a 24 hr cell phone number and the office number ). Guests are also asked to enter the numbers on their cell phones, Mr Chidozie was asked to do so also. In the case of Mr. Chidozie, there was a malfunction on the intercom and he then used the second option of the telephone which was answered immediately and the gates were opened and they got in. Mr Chidozie called out to the Manager at 12.10 midnight after he was let into the compound and Sharron met with him and apologized and promised to look into the issue. On the next day Sharron went to his room and personally explained the malfunction of the intercom, thanked him for his understanding and apologised again. She also informed him that the problem has been corrected. Mr Chidozie and his friend did come in the next two nights after 11.00 pm and did use the intercom on both occasions and had no problem in accessing the property. We do apologise for our inability to offer Mr Chidozie an extra hour stay beyond our 11.00 pm check out time. We do allow extra time if our rooms are not fully booked, however we explained to Mr. Chidozie that for this Carnival our guesthouse is fully booked and the day in question we had guests that paid for early checkin and we were obliged to have a couple rooms ready within a very very short period.
