« Nice room and well equipped. Maybe a bit noisy if your room overlooks the street, because there is much traffic »

« My experience was really awful. My toilet wasn't working the entire time (3nights) even if I informed the front desk. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as there was a party that was going on until +9:30am Staff also wasn't too friendly as I asked to advise the people to turn down their music on the 3rd night she had an attitude and still went but I wouldn't recommend the place. Breakfast also not good at all and very small portions. I contacted the manager to get compensated and they brushed off...

« I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. »

« The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional »

« Room was okay, not very big, but with an okay shower and toilet. Good AC, tnough noisy. Hotel is rrather isolated and rooms are not in a protected/gated zone, which can be hazardous. A drunk man knocked aggresively on my door at 1:30 in he morning....not a nice experience.. but I guess I was just unlucky...this was not the tenants' fault... Complimentary breakfast was good and abundant although coffee was..instant Folger( arkkk!!!!) . Location is great, just need to cross the road to hit the...

« If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi. »

« The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. »

« Paid for a service and got no booking or check in information. Zero contact from host and Expedia refuse to refund my money . Do not recommend ! BIG SCAM and I’ll and be reporting fraud. »
