The front desk staff were rude, we had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out couch, our room phone did not work, no one explained how the elevators worked or where any of the amenities were, and children were running up and down the hallways yelling and banging on our door at 11pm. For the price of this hotel I would never stay here again.
