I assume the facility was short staffed during the month of June/July. House keeping was poor and checkin was long. Worst experience was leaving...after car was pulled from valet, my wife had to wait for me to finish checking out because the two gentlemen working the valet would not bother to load the luggage.

Seemed a little expensive for a room with outdated amenities and the staff wasn’t very warm. All was fine but $290.00 a night seemed high priced compared to other places I’ve stayed in AK.
