Rental Dates must be from 1st to 31st of the month.

Home is Located in Long Island Village a privately owned community.  
Home has free WIFI & sleeps 4- 6, or 4 Adults/2 Kids. No more than 6 people allowed.   
Park Model is nice & clean with a 1b/-1 1/2b. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a Flat screen TV. (2) living areas, (1st) living room has a queen size sofa bed & a 50-inch TV. The (2nd) living room has (2) Recliners a 50-inch TV. Home has a washer & dryer. The kitchen has electric stove and is equipped with dishes, pans, utensils, etc.  
  
Guest will have to stop at the Welcome Center to check in. If you make it there after 5:00 pm, you can go to the guest gate, and they will let you in and give you further instructions.  
We are private owners; please do not try to get keys or door codes in office.  
Guests will have to pay a one-time fee of $90.00 to the Long Island Village Office at the time of check-in.   
Fee is not charged by owner; fee is charged by the Long Island Village for the use of all amenities & parking permit.

A few minor nits: The process of getting a gate pass is unpleasant. The office closes at 4 on Sundays and 5 other days. Getting there after the office closes is complicated and takes a half hour or more. Not the owners fault but just a warning — try to get there before the “Welcome Center” closes. It is a gated community of mostly snowbirds which is nice. The directions to the actual house could be improved but perhaps the welcome center could have helped there. The unit itself was very nice. One bed, one fold out couch and two fold out chairs. Kitchen, dining area, two areas to relax in plus outside deck.
