"Room was clean but was in disrepair. Nicked furniture, small TV, stained toilet, missing full length mirror. Property not well maintained. Check in staff was not friendly or welcoming. No charging ports for computers,iPads or phones. If you like powered eggs…..and uncomfortable beds, this is for you. Stayed here years ago when it was a Comfort Inn and it was a much better experience. Only reason I gave it a chance under the new Quality Inn name. I don’t think I’ll be back."

"Overall, everything was good except the ROOM. I could not sleep overnight because the mattress was extremely soft, likely old and worn out. The AC was not cold enough, and the room felt humid. I did not request an accessible/disability room. I reserved a regular room, but it seems the hotel decided to assign us a different room without asking. We felt this was disrespectful. We also do not like very low beds. The mattress was poor quality, and the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint. I never expected this from Marriott, as we regularly stay at Marriott hotels. For future guests, the beds and mattresses need upgrading, and the peeling paint should be repaired. We felt disappointed and not respected. One night was enough for us."

"The room was not clean. When I entered the smell was not pleasant. The chair had some stains, I found the black long hair on the sheets. There was no soap on the vanity, only in the shower dispenser. There was no iron, no hair dryer. I called the hotel for an earlier checkup they could not find my reservation. I had to call Expedia to speak to the staff. They resolved it but after I arrived to check in again they said they could not find my reservation. They finally found it but they even didn’t apologize for the inconvenience."

"It was near the event that I had to attend. It's very old and run-down at best they should only be charging $60.00 a night versus $160. The toilet seat was cracked. The paint is coming off the wall. You can clearly tell that the bathroom was flooded a few times. If they’re going to charge that much money, they most definitely need to make upgrades quickly."
