The front desk is always very nice when it's the male that's working. I've never had a issue until the last room I was in. It was very gross and the bed was so close to the TV stand I still have bruises on my leg from smashing off of the bed to go to the bathroom. It was just awful.

I looked at the reviews prior to booking this. We needed a cheap, overnight hotel to get us til the next day. The reviews weren't bad. First, the door to check in stated "see XX room for assistance". The aroma of smoke was abundant. We booked a king non smoking and apparently expedia overbooks those rooms, so we were given a smoking double. As a non smoker, the smell is so offensive. The door to our room, fully shut and locked had a huge gap that the wind from outside blew the entire time. The window is cracked. There was water on the floor from the heating unit. The floor was uneven, assuming from the the leaking water and open cracks. The floor was filled with dirt, as was the toilet seat and the dirty towel that was left outside of the shower. The shower was wet and there was hair in the drain (as if someone had just used this room). The one bed looked to be as someone had used it. The walls were incredibly dirty. Nothing about this motel was good. I felt the need to leave this review, as the reviews I read were deceiving. This is an accurate description of the room we stayed in.
