"We got two rooms one of them better than the other. One room the door to the hall was cut off to short and was about 2 inches off the floor. It made for noise and a lot of light. We had to put pillows at the door. The sink and shower was stopped up in that same room."

"I checked out the same evening I checked in. I left and paid again for another hotel much cleaner and safer Losing my initial payment for this hotel. my room smelled of cigarettes, the bed sheets where dirty where I found hair on. I would like a refund for having to leave due to poor conditions. the door to the hallway had a shattered glass. my room was missing the door lock that secures the door from fully opening. it was unacceptable."

"I stayed for an overnight plastic surgery visit nearby. The bed was super comfortable. They even brought me extra pillows. I was able to get drinks and snacks from the vending machine on my floor, which was extremely helpful. I have to say that the scrambled eggs that they serve is probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had in my entire life. Very clean"

"Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the staff was courteous. Free parking was a plus. However, the amenities could be improved, as the bathtub appeared stained and not well-maintained"

"The stay went pretty well. The staff was really lovely and kind. The only issue was with the door keys, I was staying there with many other family members for a funeral and pretty much all of us were unable to get into our rooms due to the keys not working. The issue was corrected for almost everyone but it took time. My only other feedback is that the oatmeal was watery and the water filters were in need of replacement in the water refilling station."

"Bre , and Princess went above and beyond customer service and accommodation!! It was my wife’s birthday surprise weekend.. Bre decorated the entire room and the door. My wife was so happy thank you so much for taking the time to do this for my wife.. princess was excellent in customer service and handling an issue quick and in an efficient manner. I was very happy with my stay here and will recommend it to anyone I know and will be returning anytime we come up to ATV ride.. very enjoyable weekend and I think everyone involved with their amazing customer service and dedication to their job ! very well done !!
