Each unit has 2 bedrooms fully functional and furnished.Master bedroom with full sized bed TV with cable and a half bath. 2nd bedroom features a twin bed and cable TV. Living area is comfortably seated. With 55 inch television. Each living space is Equipped with full service glass ware, flat ware,dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and cook ware. Wonderful Getaway
This home and its location were great for us. We were able to check out the Rays, beautiful beaches, the Twisted Fork restaurant, a few of the many local fishing piers and we even booked some fishing charters. It was so convenient to pick up any needed groceries and do some shopping at the many unique stores in Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venice etc. Having a washer and dryer there is great. The one day it did rain during our stay, the laundry got done while the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to make meals like at home. We find new places each year when we visit and can't wait for our stay in 2025.

Enjoyed our time at Silver Palm Cottage. Can’t beat the convenience and value. You will probably want to visit the dollar store for the items that are not included like coffee filters, etc. The owners provide a cooler which is very much appreciated since we all know florida water is yucky.

Cute and quiet!
Needed a place to stay for myself and the fur babies while going through a divorce. This place was exactly what I needed…extremely quiet (I couldn’t believe how little I heard when inside the apartment…both from the street and neighbor), easy to clean, close to all amenities. Friendly neighbor next door and met more nice people down the street! The area is going through a lot of construction, but I was never bothered by any of it. Considering that I was there shortly after the hurricane, that’s saying something! I booked this spot again for my return to Fl in the Spring…was satisfied with my stay!

A very good value
We were very happy with this rental for the most part. Easy access and reasonably priced. Appliances all worked well. Bed was small but comfortable. You may want to bring your own blanket as there is only one. Liked the carport especially since it rained so much. Water was provided which was much appreciated as Florida water is yucky. Just a couple of small issues. There was a small dent in the small white nightstand that was there when we arrived. We wanted to let the owner know but couldn’t reach her. Also, The overpowering air fresheners was a bit much. We tried calling the property manager on the personal phone number left but she never returned either my or my husband’s call. Wasn’t important but we wondered what we’d do if we had a real issue. All and all we will consider booking this rental again.
