This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath house is located in Emerald 2 sub division. It has everything you need and more for an excellent family beach trip! It is a short walk to the beach with direct access. It is situated to capture unobstructed views from both entertainment areas on the deck. It has a downstairs entertainment area that includes a picnic table, shuffle board, fire pit, grill with a sink and counter, ample seating, and an outdoor shower. Perfect for entertaining and dining for your group of 10.
Upstairs offers outdoor dining, lounging, and viewing chairs and table all with the ocean breeze and great views. It is located in a family friendly sun dividsion, conveniently located in the heart of Crystal Beach close to stores and restaurants.
Sandy Bottoms has a large open concept kitchen, dining, living area with a bonus detached bar that has a sink and drink fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your meals, including all large and small appliances, cookware, silverware, and utensils. There are Keurig and regular coffee makers as well.
The dining area is generous size with 4 at the bar and a large table with bench seating and access to the decks.
The living area offers a wrap around couch, tv with streaming service, access to the large decks and wi fi.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first room just off the living area is a queen with private access to the decks. The bathroom with a combo tub/shower, granite counter tops is next to it. Next is the second queen bedroom.
The bunk room with 4 twins is at the back of the house next to the detached bar and laundry room. The master has a king, private access to the deck, a great view of the ocean and an ensuite with granite counter top, double sinks, and a tile walk in shower.
Sandy Bottoms is sure to be your new favorite beach house! We also supply all basic household cleaning and bath products along with starter paper products. Pack light and come enjoy the the beach in this beautiful cabin.

Great Family Trip!!
Had the best stay at the Sandy Bottoms house! Our whole family enjoyed the stay. It was very clean and the AC worked great! We loved that the house provided everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals there. The beach was just a short 2 minute walk and you got great views of the ocean from the front porch. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Getaway!
This is my second time staying at this awesome property. The location to the beach is perfect, with a wonderful view of the beach. Our stay was a week after the hurricane and the Host was very responsive with all questions about the property and area. The beach was clear of debris, and we couldn't have been happier with the house. Such a great find!

House was fantastic. Most organized and well equipped house I have stayed at. Everything was neat and organized and the kitchen actually had everything we needed. Extra pillows and blankets everywhere. Only issue we had was with the check-out procedures. We had to wash and put away the dishes instead of just starting the dish washer before we left. The same with the towels, they had to be washed and put away. What if we wanted to take a shower right before leaving after having gotten all sweaty from loading everything up to leave. But besides that minor inconvenience, the house itself was fantastic.

Accurate Description
The description on the VRBO website is very accurate - the house is lovely and very well appointed. I brought a ton of stuff but I found that it was already there. The kitchen is huge with lots of seating. The beds were very comfortable. Even my husband said the house was perfect but we could have used another bathroom - 5 girls with 2 bathrooms is a little tough. But overall, we loved the house and view of the beach.

The house is very nice and clean, with great access to the beach. Be aware this is located about 2 hrs from either airport. It is on the peninsula so access is by ferry. I understand this is a rental however the cookware needs updating. Not much to work with for cooking family meals. Property Manager very responsive!

Lovely Property!
This house was perfect for our family of six adults and two children, and could have comfortably accommodated two more children in the cute bunk room. The extra bar space just off the kitchen was really nice to store all of our drinks out of the way of the kitchen, a really nice plus for this property. It is an easy walk to the beach and very nice views from several areas of the home. Overall, everything was perfect for our stay and the owner was very responsive to questions we had during the time we were there.

Family Getaway
We enjoyed this beautiful beach house more than words can say! It was such a special getaway for us, our kids, and grandkids. Fun times on the beach, watermelon, visiting/playing, and grilling downstairs at cabin, and relaxing evenings inside. It was somewhat noisy at night (Memorial Day Weekend), but it was fine because we all brought fans/white noise for our rooms. I would whole-heartedly recommend this beautiful destination to friends and family, and we definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Very clean ! Close to beach with beautiful views. Was a bit noisy at night with loud cars and music but I’m sure that depends on the surrounding people. We didn’t get good weather but the beach house was wonderful. Very responsive owner answered all my questions promptly.

Senior Prom weekend
This house was perfect for a group of friends to chill for the weekend. The beds were super comfortable and configured perfectly for us. Loved the master bathroom, and kitchen. Modern and so nice. The huge tv in the living room had plenty of choice of streaming channels and the sofas were absolutely the best. The weather was cool and windy so we hung out at the house a lot, so having comfortable seating enough for everyone was a big bonus. We grilled and made a fire in the fire pit. Overall the house had something for everyone, good entertainment for the teens and very comfortable for the chaperones.

Perfect get away!
The property was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was roomy with a wrap around porch with 3 separate sitting areas. The view of the beach was great with a 2 minute walk to the sand. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfection!
This house was absolutely perfect for my family! I rented it for Spring Break with my daughter’s family which includes three boys, ages 6, 13 and 18. We all loved the house and agreed that it is our favorite rental to date.The open floor plan made it easy for everyone to enjoy being together. Many games were played around the picnic style table in the family room. The inviting outdoor space provided a great place to congregate. We enjoyed the fire pit every evening and the hammock was always in high demand. We will be back.

The property was well taken care of very pretty. The check out policy was different than any we'd had before. We were asked to wash and put away all dishes and towels. all towels andIn all of our previous stays we left the sheets to be cleaned by VRBO service and we could start dishwasher and then leave. Our leave time was delayed waiting for towels to dry and put away. Otherwise, we had a great stay and were provided weverything we needed.
