Des choses à revoir
La maison est agréable et l'accueil extrêmement sympathique, pour la persone qui s'en occupe qui n'est pas, je tiens à le signaler, la propriétaire. Mais, il y plusieurs problèmes. Au prix fixé par l'agence la propriétaire m'a demandé une rallonge de 200 euros à laquelle j'ai consenti et ce fut une erreur car les prestations ne sont pas à l'hauteur. Sauf la cuisine, tout le matériel de cuisine est presque tout décati. La fenêtre de la salle des bains ne s'ouvrée pas. Les volets d'une des fenêtres des chambres ne pouvait s'ouvrir qu'a une certaine hauteur et à juger par le post-it qu'indiquée l'interdiction ça ne daté pas d'hier. Le parquet flottant, manqué par endroits. Il n'y a aucune porte serviette dans la salle de bains, pratique! Bref, si vous voulez louer cette maison, par ailleurs agréable et situé dans un quartier calme, faites -le au prix de l'agence et n'acceptez pas de rallonge. Rien ne le justifie pour une fin de mois d'août.

Bon séjour
Glace chez Hedgard super bonne ( sur l’avenue principale de Pornichet ) Visite du sous marin et paquebot à saint Nazaire . Maison de Françoise agréable , bien équipée, dans un environnement tranquille . Bonne literie Accueil de Fabienne super et très disponible. Besoin de prendre la voiture pour toute activité.

très bon séjour
Maison très agréable, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, fidèle aux photographies. Quartier résidentiel très calme. Trop loin des plages pour y aller à pied avec un petit, mais en louant des vélos tout devient facile (5 à 10 minutes de vélo pour la plage la plus proche, 15 minutes du centre ville de Pornichet). Le jardin qui entoure la maison a du soleil presque toute la journée, mais n'est pas protégé des regards sur un côté (donnant sur un chemin avec très peu de passage). Très bon équipement pour cuisiner. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Plus proche de la voie rapide que du quartier St-Catherine
Maison agréable pour un séjour en famille mais située à l’extrémité du quartier St Marguerite: voiture recommandée pour se déplacer avec des enfants. Location chère compte tenu de la situation géographique et de l'entretien de la maison. Incompréhension avec la propriétaire (qui entretient le flou) sur le ménage de fin de séjour bien que des frais de ménage importants soient demandés. Ne pas hésiter à bien insister sur les précisions des conditions de locations pour ne pas avoir de surprises. La propriétaire nous a gentiment prêté un lit bébé à notre demande.
