Cross the gates of Domaine Sainte Marguerite and put your suitcases in a charming villa, comfortable for six people. At the foot of century-old pines, discover a protected housing estate, ideal if you come with your children. For calm and rest, it's the right house. Its three bedrooms have great bedding and individual dressing room for a maximal comfort. An American kitchen well equipped give nice spaces, whose a cocooning room nicely decorated with recent equipment : television, DVD player… From the living room, you have access to the garden at the back of the house. Here you are in peace, with deckchairs and a superb open-air dining room, with its "summer kitchen": the traditional barbecue.

You have two parking spaces in front of the house and you have two bicycles available to explore the coastal paths. From the house, you are few minutes from Pornichet market and its covered market filled with delicious local products. You also can go to La Baule and enjoy all the activities and its nocturnal life. Don’t forget to make the curious in the district of La Baule-les-Pins and taste the famous Niniches on the embankment. After, you return rest in your favorite holidays home...

Once you discover Saint Marguerite beach, only from 500 meters on foot, you will fall in love with one of the most beautiful coves in the region. In the morning it's quiet for a jog or a walk foot in the water, at noon you can picnic, afternoon sunbathe, and in the evening don’t miss the sunset...

Lovely property
We were very happy at the house. However we were disappointed that the bicycles were padlocked and unusable. Also there is usually more playthings for the beach at these beachside properties One disturbing thing happened. Someone from the concierge came to the house when the adults were out shopping. She insisted that the young girl (16) let her in We were not pleased about this as she shouldn’t have come into the property without our permission especially when no adults were present. Also there were no proper drinking vessels only an assortment of large mugs and small coffee cups On the plus side the house was well appointed. The garden terrace was large. But the lawn needed cutting! Excellent distance from the wonderful beach at st marguerite

Super maison dans domaine clos et arboré pour des vacances au calme
Maison très bien agencée, très agréable, au calme et proche de la plage. Trois belles chambres avec bonne literie. Les deux salles de bains sont très appréciables. Jardin à l arrière de la maison sans vis-à-vis. Garage clos pour remiser les vélos. A noter que la maison est jumelée, ce qui n etait pas mentionné. Il manque juste un vrai four et l annonce laissait penser qu il y avait 2 toilettes alors qu il y en a qu un. Voiture ou vélos indispensables pour accéder au centre ville. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

La maison est très confortable et bien décorée.
La maison est bien décorée et très confortable Dommage que la wifi n’est plus active. Nous avions sélectionné cette maison début d’année et dans l’annonce la wifi était prévue. Sauf qu’entre temps le propriétaire ne l’a plus proposé. En réservant nous n’avons pas vu que l’annonce avait changé. Nous avons découvert en arrivant que la wifi n’était pas possible. Cela a été un peu compliqué lorsque l’on doit l’utiliser pour le travail.
