"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "Jean- Michel was helpful, friendly and efficient. The house was clean, spacious had all the amenities we wanted. Great outdoor kitchen, pool, River view, Kayaks. bikes, Table tennis, Boules. Basically something to keep everyone entertained. Even good WiFi for the teenagers!2 minutes walk into the beautiful village.Would happily return."
