"It doesn't help that hotels.com use a different grading for rooms to the hotels own website so I didn't actually get the type of room I was expecting. Other than that a perfectly good stay other than with the room bath not having a plug they had to give me a key to a 2nd room as they were unable to find a spare bath plug"

"The room and stay was excellent. The hotel and room were clean with ample parking and the staff were very friendly. Had a meal and breakfast and the food was very nice. The only negative was the bar prices. £46 or £37 for a bottle of wine, paid less in London hotels. "

"No shampoo or washcloth. One towel for two people. No Kleenex. Very basic room for £150 is not worth it. Find any other hotel that at least offers shampoo. "

"What can I say. Fantastic little breakaway for me and my family. The cottage is spotless and the hosts Lea and Darren were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we had the most amazing time. They even let my granddaughter play in their private garden. Set in countryside up a small lane. With the nearest pub. The miners arms about a 20 min walk down the lane. I highly recommend Boundary Cottage. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Lea and Darren for being such fantastic hosts. ❤️"

"Biggest positive was communication - helped us out massively with confusion over booking. Quick communication much appreciated. Regarding the property - It was a base for a night. Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. But was passable - for one night. No complaints. "
