"Clean rooms, Very good staff"

"Amazing stay in the heart of Burford!"

"Excellent stay and breakfast. Carol went above and beyond by giving us a lift to the local pub and torch, to help navigate back."

"Lovely quiet location. Fantastic breakfast."

"Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre."

"Great location and very comfortable small hotel. Well run and breakfast was lovely. Gentleman at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Bourton on the water. Everything you need in walking distance."

"Beautiful location, lovely rooms, food & staff. Will definitely be back 🙂"

"Nice little Chalet type room, right in Burford centre so perfect for an evening out or handy for visiting Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub as we did, quite small and a little tight in the bathroom but if its only for a night or 2 its perfect, nice comfy bed ! There is Free parking about 5 mins walk and after 6 you can park on the road in the high street right outside the Tea Rooms."
