Une meilleure réactivité aurait été appréciée pour éviter cette situation. ##### Anne-Marie Stayed 1 night in Oct 2025 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Elodie Sep 12, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### A fuir de toute urgence On a dû me changer 3 fois de chambre car là 1ere non faite , la 2eme pas de lumière dans la salle de bain et l’interrupteur me reste dans la main, draps très très douteux sales pour finir dans une 3 eme chambre avec un sommier cassé, des draps tout aussi douteux , une serviette sentant mauvais, aucun savon ni gel douche à disposition ( comme dans n’importe quel hôtel ) flexible douche moisi et rouille et grosse fuite entre le pommeau de douche et le flexible. Le personnel n’a pas l’air d’en être plus étonné que ça a l’exception du barman qui essaie de faire au mieux , tous semblent être blasés de la situation. Cet endroit ne mérite absolument pas le titre d’hôtel. Ou plutôt d’un hôtel de passe. Pitoyable. Changez de métier si vous ne savez pas faire. Il est irresponsable et irrespectueux de demander de l’argent pour ce type de prestations. Vous devriez avoir honte de mettre en avant cet endroit et de faire se confronter vos employés au mécontentement des clients. Entre le restaurant et la chambre le week-end a coûté environ 160€. Arrivés dans la chambre odeur de tabac froid, de canalisation. La salle de bain/ toilette dans un état déplorable. Les draps ne sentaient pas le propre. Mouches mortes au sol, cafetière de la chambre avec des moisissures dans le bac à eau. Cerise sur le gâteau chargeur de portable oublié dans la chambre après 3jours de tentatives de réponse si oui ou non le chargeur était oublié…. La réponse est oui mais on ne fera pas d’envoi car pas le temps de se rendre à la poste.
