Property is located outside of core Monaco but only 15 minutes drive. You’ll need your own car I think. Unit has a good size. There is no breakfast and reception is closed for weekends. There is 1 or 2 vending machine for snacks only. No restaurants nearby because it’s all residential area. The staff were friendly. No daily room service during your stay. I did not need that of course as I traveled alone. There is an iron table but no iron available. There are basic cooking supplies, cutleries...

Upon my arrival, I was given an unbelievably warm and friendly welcome by a staff that was ready and able to take care of my every need; I never faced a single difficulty when in their care and they made the stay a memorable one. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room simply because I was staying for a week! The facilities are spacious, clean, and decorative. The location is phenomenal for attractions,...

Clean room, with well equipped kitchenette if you like doing a bit of your own cooking. Good location walking distance to the sea as well as the train station. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. All in all, had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and efficient. They had well written, easy to understand instructions of procedures and house rules. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room , although not large, was very cozy and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. The kitchenette was lovely. I appreciated the little welcome gift they had on the counter- it was quite useful. The location was very walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. I liked that there were games available to check-out...

Easy walk to the Port for a nice lunch and Very close to Old Nice by walking. Thierry at the...
