Excellent staff and service. Great hotel

Great staff who were friendly, fun and attentive helped make our stay pleasant. The breakfasts were excellent and the evening restaurant meals were very good. Don’t miss pizza night! Very nice pool with lovely surroundings.

My stay was exceptional. It was such a beautiful hotel, I stayed in the Annex and was worried that it would be far and uncomfortable but I was wrong, it was steps away from the main building and my room had a pretty view of the ocean. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was lovely and clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The beach was a quick walk as was the city center. The Breakfast was beyond wonderful, the pool was exceptional...but most of all the staff were so...

A wonderful location for a very pleasant stay in beautiful Alassio. The staff was truly accommodating. God willing one day we shall return !

Well organized, tentative and gracious staff. The grounds are stunning.

We stayed in one of the villas, and found them to be very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although the additional charges such as for room cleaning was unusual, it was not a significant detractor. Overall, the staff, facilities and location were amazing. I highly recommend the Relais Il Casale to anyone who is looking for a relaxing location in Italy.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice

This resort was absolutely beautiful! A five minute drive from the beach!!! Only problem we had was our AC but they tried to fix it. Was really nice.. Pool Activites and all! Would go back again

Merci pour tout c’etait merveilleux!
