Property is under renovation with no staff at the front desk and a phone number which no one answered. No parking. Has a very gloomy atmosphere throughout the entire indoor areas. Check-in and check-out was done immediately. Fortunately, I was transferred to their nearby sister property, Hotel Meliá, and it made all the difference in the world. An iconic hotel with lots of character, great location, parking and a great staff.

Hotel was nothing like the pictures. Room was very small, carpet was dirty, shower head was not working properly and didn’t have any warm/hot water, sink would not drain the water it was clogged. Staff was really helpful and switched us to a sister hotel and although sister hotel is older it was much clean and had everything working perfectly. I would not recommend this hotel at all, it’s nothing like it was when it opened.

. Excellent location, the hotel is suitable for the price. Excellent air conditioning, excellent hot water, clean bath and bathroom. It needs staff available at night, and I suggest adding some security staff. The TV must be updated with Smart TV.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was manageable. The shower hot water was inconsistent, which could be improved. A mini fridge in the room would also be a nice addition.

The room was clean. The air conditioner was good. I suggest to add a trash can in the room and also a mini fridge. But other than that, the hotel is in a great location. Check in and check out is easy and simple. There is no parking for the guests. The shared parking with another hotel is really small and it was full.

Plenty of shopping and food/bars well within walking distance. However, don't plan on taking leftovers back with you, as there is no mini fridge in the room. Overall, the room was clean. I didn't have any issues with the a/c or the TV (though others in my party did). We all noted that the water pressure and temp were a little less than ideal but that could be a locale thing, as I haven't stayed anywhere else in PR thus far.

The format of this hotel is like some sort of bar with a bunch of loud video arcades, a small coffee shop and a sushi joint. The rooms are updtairs on the second floor. They also have a bar outside with a DJ playing music (it was a Saturday night).The rooms are very small, the bathroom was small and kind of awkward to use the toilet and shower. Pretty much good enough just to sleep. Theres street parking or they can give you a ticket so you can park at the Melia Hotel. There's a few bars near the hotel and some restaurants, it's located right in front of the. Ity plaza and the historic firefighter station.

My first comments of the hotel were good seeing it was my very first day here and I hadn’t even slept here yet. The staff is very friendly and professional. One major issue was the smell in my room. There was obviously a leak from the air conditioner so there was a nasty smell in the carpet. When I would be out of my room for a couple of hours and come back, the smell was awful!!!! However I didn’t complain. I’m a very simple person and I do not like to complain. I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t a phone to call down to front desk. There are plenty of places for drinks, food, and also souvenir shops close by.

The place is retro chic the concept is very cute. There is no parking so you have to park a few blocks away and at night it just feels a little unsettling walking through streets your not familiar with. Calling the hotel questions weren't answered and they would hang up. The room did not have hot water had to take a cold shower which was not so great in the morning. The room was clean. No mini refrigerator, the wifi password did not work. Overall for a one night stay it was ok.
